Privacy requests & cookies

Your privacy requests

Use our support form and select Privacy request to ask about access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, portability or withdrawal of consent where applicable. You can also complain to the relevant data-protection authority. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity, but please do not send passwords, full card details or identity documents in the initial message.

Why we use support information

We use the name, email, optional order reference and message you provide to respond to your request, resolve order issues and meet legal obligations. Without an email and message, we may not be able to respond. Submitting a support request does not subscribe you to marketing.

Service providers and international processing

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Support, fulfilment, delivery and payment providers receive information needed for their services. Order fulfilment may require sharing delivery details with our supplier and logistics providers in China. We operate in Thailand and Shopify currently hosts our customer data in the United States. Data may be processed in other countries by service providers; applicable safeguards must be used where required.

Retention and choices

We retain information for the time needed to handle your request or order, meet recordkeeping obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. The period depends on the record type, legal requirements and whether a dispute is open. Optional marketing consent can be withdrawn using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Cookie choices are available through the banner; our Your Privacy Choices page provides additional opt-out controls where applicable.

This page supplements, and should be read with, our Privacy Policy, which explains Shopify services, cookies and advertising-related processing in more detail.
