Using this store

OFF GRID AFTER DARK is an outdoor and preparedness brand operating from Thailand. These terms cover use of our website and orders placed with us. Our shipping, returns and privacy policies provide further information.

Products and responsible use

Our compact kit provides tools for outdoor tasks. It is not a complete emergency supply, first-aid kit or guarantee of survival. Prepare your own food, drinking water, medicines, shelter and communication plan. A flashlight battery is not included. The packaging supplied may be unbranded. Product photographs illustrate the kit; descriptions identify what is included.

Our sales policy is for customers aged 18 or over. Sharp tools must be stored safely and kept away from children. Use tools only for their intended purpose, follow appropriate safety instructions and comply with applicable possession and use restrictions. This does not exclude our obligations for product safety or defects.

Prices and orders

Store prices are in US dollars unless a different currency is expressly identified. The total, applicable shipping and taxes collected by us are displayed before payment. A multi-kit pack contains the number of kits selected. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request; we confirm acceptance when we send the dispatch confirmation. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we notify you and refund any payment taken.

If a material price or description error is identified, we explain it and give you the choice to proceed on the corrected terms or cancel with a refund. We do not retrospectively change an accepted order without your agreement.

Delivery, returns and support

See our shipping policy for dispatch, estimates and charges, and our refund policy for cancellations, change-of-mind returns and remedies for faulty goods. Contact us first about a concern so we can investigate and offer an appropriate resolution. You retain access to the authorities, courts and other remedies available under applicable law.

Website use and privacy

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful content or interfere with other users. Website content and brand assets may not be copied for commercial use without permission, except where allowed by law. Third-party links are provided for convenience; their own terms and privacy notices apply.

Consumer rights and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right, guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or injury caused by negligence where exclusion is unlawful. No term prevents you relying on mandatory consumer protections in your country. Thai law applies to the extent it does not deprive you of those protections; these terms do not require exclusive proceedings in Thailand.

Changes

Updated terms apply prospectively. Your order remains subject to the terms in effect when you placed it, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
