Dispatch and destinations

Our business operates from Thailand. Orders are fulfilled from Shenzhen, China. We accept orders only for destinations enabled at checkout. A country mentioned in our content is not, by itself, confirmation of delivery availability.

Delivery estimates

Available shipping services, charges and the delivery estimate for your address must be shown before payment. An express transit estimate is separate from order preparation time unless expressly stated otherwise. Business days exclude weekends and relevant public holidays. Customs inspections, remote destinations and carrier disruption may affect delivery; estimates are not guarantees of arrival by a particular date.

We use the carrier identified in your dispatch confirmation. DHL, FedEx or UPS may be used where the selected service is available. We do not promise a specific carrier unless it is expressly included in your order.

Tracking and delays

When your parcel ships, we send dispatch and tracking details to the email address used at checkout. Contact us if tracking does not update or a delivery is missing. We will investigate with the carrier; a tracking scan does not remove your consumer rights.

If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will tell you, provide a revised estimate where possible and explain your options to agree to the delay or cancel for a refund. For US orders, we follow applicable shipment-delay notice, consent and refund requirements.

Shipping charges, taxes and import costs

Any free-shipping offer applies only where expressly displayed for the eligible destination. Taxes or duties collected by us are shown before payment. If any import duty, tax or clearance charge is payable by the recipient, this must be disclosed before the order is placed; contact us if the treatment for your destination is unclear. Free shipping does not, by itself, mean import charges are included.

Address and delivery problems

Check your delivery address before ordering and contact us promptly about corrections. A change after dispatch may not be possible. We will explain any redelivery costs before agreeing them with you. Our responsibilities for delivery and your mandatory rights are not transferred to you by this policy.

Restricted items

The kit contains sharp tools. Destination restrictions can affect import, sale, possession or delivery. We only accept orders we can lawfully fulfil. If an order cannot be supplied lawfully, we will cancel it and refund you.
